YMCA Group Fitness classes give you a chance to meet people, improve your fitness level, and have fun! Our trained and qualified team of instructors make it that way. With so many classes to choose from there is bound to be something that will help you reach your goals of becoming healthier in spirit, mind, and body. 

Game on! There are lots of ways to get moving at the Y. Play your favourite sports and games, or try something new. Book through the MyY app and drop-in to one of our recreational activities at any age! 

Exercise the spirit, mind, and body in an unintimidating environment at the YMCA. Fitness Coaching appointments to get you started on one of our YThrive programs are included and encouraged with your membership along with a Free Consultation with a Personal Trainer to discuss your goals and our Personal Training options.

If you want more, we offer Nutritional Services and Personal Training as other options.

Whatever your goal is we can help with the right mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility. Now is the time to challenge yourself in a safe and motivating setting that is inclusive to everyone! 

We are what we eat! Naturally, the food you eat plays an important role in how you feel. Our YMCA Nutrition services will help you learn how to make sustainable food choices and learn healthy preparation and eating habits. 

Get your body moving with these programs that are designed to get the blood pumping and increase your strength! 

You will be guided through movements and breathing techniques to help center your mind and body.  Relieve stress and improve your energy.  All fitness levels are welcome to join in!
