Supporting Newcomer Families: Crisis Prevention and Integration

Our Crisis Prevention, Intervention, and Integration Team is dedicated to guiding newcomer families through the complex landscape of community support systems. We aim to prevent crisis situations and offer decisive support when they occur, covering issues like conflict resolution, emergency response, and navigating financial or parenting challenges.

We support newcomers with their settlement needs including language assistance in for CRA, income assistance and other non immigration and non legal related supports

Our Services:

  • Proactive education on community resources to prevent crises.
  • Direct intervention and support during crises.
  • Integration assistance for families adjusting to new community norms.
