Newcomer Resource Guide

The North Shore Local Immigration Partnership (LIP) has developed a comprehensive Newcomer Resource Map to support newcomers in the North Shore region of Nova Scotia, which includes Colchester, Pictou, and Antigonish counties.

The Newcomer Resource Map is an interactive online tool designed to help newcomers easily locate and access essential services and resources in the region. This map serves as a centralized hub of information, addressing one of the key needs identified in the LIP's feasibility study and Newcomer Survey.

This user-friendly resource aligns with the LIP's strategic priorities, particularly in the areas of "Settlement & Integration" and "Collaboration & Coordination". It directly supports the initiatives to increase newcomer awareness about available services and to identify tools for centralized access to services.
