HIPPY: Empowering Mothers and Preparing Children for a Bright Future
HIPPY is a proven home visitation initiative that supports mothers of children aged three to five, particularly those who are vulnerable, isolated, or from low-income backgrounds.
The program harnesses mothers’ natural desire to provide the best start for their children, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and community connections needed to help their children succeed as they enter school.
Building Stronger Families and Communities
Through HIPPY, families overcome isolation by building trust and connecting with essential services. The program empowers mothers to understand their rights and better engage within their communities, helping them become active participants in Canadian society. HIPPY nurtures children’s readiness for school and supports mothers in becoming influential figures in their children’s educational journey.
